(1) Develop the Hainan Free Trade Port International Services into a high-standard portal

(3) Improve the centralized foreign consultations and complaints service

Upgrade and improve the 12345 service hotline’s ability to respond to international inquiries by adding more foreign language support and improving service coordination.
