The evening starts with a luxurious Amaebi Pizza, which is topped with Oscietra caviar, micro greens and white truffle oil, followed by succulent Taraba Kani – king crab with chili-garlic mayo and apple wasabi oroshi. Diners are then treated to Baked Hamachi (Japanese yellowtail) with grilled leek, pickled red radish and katsuo yuzu, and a melt-in-the-mouth main course of Sendai A5 Striploin beef with potato purée, kizami wasabi, kimchi and truffle salt.
This ultimate romantic feast concludes with a divine dessert: Strawberry 4 Ways with cheese mousse, compressed strawberry and chocolate soil. Sweet, sumptuous and simply sublime!
