On June 1st – 2nd 2023, the School of Nursing, University of Phayao sponsored the training workshop, which was entitled “Development of Clinical Nursing Practice Guideline: CNPG”. The opening speech was delivered by Dr. Ladawan Harnpairoj, the Director of Chiang Kham Hospital. Among the invited guest lecturers were Asst. Prof. Dr.Sutthida Phongphanngam, Dr. Krittipitch Thitipitchayanant, Dr. Wimonthip Phuangkhem, Aj. Jutapong Techsub, and Aj. Kesinee Imman, who are from the academic staff members of the UP School of Nursing. The lecture topics include the development principle and process of CNPG; an overview of research design and research methodology; and tips & tricks for searching for research publications. The said training was attended by the 53 registered nurses from Chiang Kham Hospital. The participants were gathered in a group from each nursing field to determine nursing issues which have been needed to solve using CNPG. 21 nursing issues were spotted and presented in the last session of the training.
