Sheraton Hua Hin and Pranburi Villas Present Exclusive Four Hands Dinners by Blue Elephant Group’s Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe and the Resort’s own Chef Narawut Narasakul

Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas are presenting exclusive Four Hands Dinners by Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, Executive Chef and Founding Director of the Blue Elephant Group, in collaboration with Chef Narawut Narasakul, Executive Sous Chef from Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa’s InAzia Restaurant.

The first dinner, scheduled for Friday, 23 June 2023, will be unveiled at Dalah Restaurant, Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas. The second dinner is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 24 June 2023 at InAzia Restaurant at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort Spa. (Cocktail at 6.00 pm and Dinner at 7.00 pm).

Sharing their passion for the superb tastes of Thai cuisine, Master Chef Nooror and Chef Narawut have crafted a sumptuous, five-course menu featuring such delectable dishes as Master Chef Nooror’s Amuse Bouche ‘Tom Kha’ made from Panna Cotta Hua Hin Caviar and Coconut Milk and Main Dish of ‘Peranakan Tumee Banana Prawn’, a heritage Phuketian recipe served with a spicy Southern Yellow Queen Fish Chili Dip; and Chef Narawut’s ‘Venison Carpaccio’ as Starter, and her ‘Cha-am Blue Crab Salad’ in addition to her delightful ‘Heritage Phetchburi Sweets’ served as Petit Fours, amongst other savoury dishes.

Master Chef Nooror’s and Chef Narawut’s five-course Four Hands Dinner is priced at Baht 1,490 net per person (food only).
