Goji Kitchen + Bar, the international culinary marketplace at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is inviting guests and local residents to ring in the “Year of the Tiger” with a spectacular Chinese feast! For two days only, on Monday 31 st January and Tuesday 1 st February 2022, our talented chefs will create a selection of traditional Chinese New Year dishes as part of our evening buffet dinners.
Discover delectable homemade dim sum, including ha gao, sui mai, barbecued pork buns and fried dumplings, plus spring rolls, bean curd rolls and sesame toast, along with stunning soups such as fish maw soup, Sichuan-style hot & sour seafood soup, and double-boiled black chicken & bamboo pith.
A selection of mouth-watering barbecued meats will enliven every evening, including roasted duck, whole suckling pig, soya chicken and char-sui pork, and diners will be able to tuck into sublime steamed seafood such as whole fish with soy, sizzling oil and leeks, queen scallops with vermicelli and roasted garlic, and steamed butterfly prawns with soy and garlic.
Yusheng is a time-honored Chinese New Year tradition and our chefs will be bringing a special trolley to each table during the evening, piled high with salmon noodles! Finally, Chef Oscar Pun, who heads up Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park’s elegant Cantonese dining destination, has crafted a special dessert especially for this important occasion.
