1. 1 cup of frozen strawberries
2. 3/4 cups of low-fat yogurt
3. 2 teaspoons of honey
4. 1/4 cups of orange juice
5. 1 tablespoon of Heritage Flax Seeds
6. 180 ml Sunkist Pistachio Milk original
7. Ice cubes

1. 2 tablespoons of diced cantaloupe
2. 2 tablespoons of diced pineapple
3. 1/2 tablespoons of peppermint leaves
4. 1 teaspoon of honey
5. 1 teaspoon of lemon

1. Stir all topping ingredients in the bowl.
2. Add all ingredients of smoothies in the blender and blend them until smooth.
