“COLOURS BY EUROPE. TASTES OF EXCELLENCE.” furthers its EU culinary experience to consumers in Thailand

The European Union (EU) Organised two successful retail events and promotions at Siam Paragon and The EmQuartier with Gourmet Market Thailand

Bangkok, Thailand – The EU “Colours by Europe. Tastes of Excellence.” campaign has successfully concluded two retail events and promotions at Siam Paragon and The EmQuartier in partnership with Gourmet Market, both with an excellent response from consumers. More than 800 food products from all 27 EU Member States were made available to customers with special promotions during the two activations. This led to a significant increase in the sales of featured EU products, and contributed to an increase in awareness of EU agricultural food and beverages characteristics in Thailand.

On the occasion of the first retail activation, a Chef’s Table dining experience was held at Gourmet Market in the presence of Representatives of the EU Delegation to the Kingdom of Thailand, and Gourmet Market’s executives. During the second retail activation, the same VIP experience was offered to the top spenders (online or in store) of EU agricultural food and beverage products during the promotion. They had the opportunity to participate in a two-hour culinary session, exploring the fine world of agricultural food and beverage products from across the EU, welcomed by Mean Phiravich Attachitsataporn, a popular celebrity, movie director and influencer in Thailand.

Several months have passed since its kickoff, and the “Colours by Europe. Tastes of Excellence.” campaign has continued to organise successful events, retail promotions, media and social media communication activities, reaching positive feedback from customers.

The “Colours by Europe. Tastes of Excellence.” Campaign aims at promoting and highlighting a wide variety of authentic European Union (EU) agricultural food and beverages. Known for their deliciousness, quality, safety, authenticity, diversity, and sustainability, featured EU agricultural food and beverage products range from meat and dairy products, fruits and vegetables to pasta and other cereals-based products, olive oil, sweets, wines, beer, spirits, organic foods, and much more. The campaign also invites Thai consumers to explore many world-renowned Geographical Indication (GI) and organic food products from across the EU, with labelling that ensures their authenticity and care of the environment, respectively.

“COLOURS BY EUROPE. TASTES OF EXCELLENCE.” campaign will continue with its HoReCa activities in June this year, where food lovers are encouraged to join us to discover and indulge a wide selection of European specialties prepared with high-quality and authentic ingredients by our partnering restaurants.
