Long Dtai Restaurant, Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, hosts a luxury Argentinian Wine Dinner on a private island by Michelin-starred chef, David Thompson, a specialist in Thai cuisine and Pablo Norberto Richardi, a world-renowned winemaker from Flechas de Los Andes, together with Wine Talk and Saxophone Entertainment. A special 6-course wine dinner will be served on Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 17.30 hrs. onwards, priced at 3,900++ Baht per person (numbers are limited) at Long Dtai Restaurant, Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui.
Chef David Thompson, a world-renowned Michelin-starred chef who specialises in Thai cuisine, selects the finest, fresh seafood and rare, seasonal local ingredients to create a special 6-course authentic southern dinner. Wine Paring is selected to accompany each course by Pablo Norberto Richardi, a Head Winemaker at Flechas de Los Andes in Argentina. Growing up in a winemaking family, he worked in many famous wineries in France, the USA and Argentina, before taking on the management of Flechas de Los Andes in 2004.
