Organized by global executive search firm Alcott Global, the Leaders in Supply Chain Awards celebrate senior executives who deliver measurable business impact while advancing innovation, resilience, digital transformation, sustainability, and people development across their organizations.
This year marks the fifth edition of the Awards, guided by the theme “Where Insight Connects the Dots.”
In an environment defined by geopolitical uncertainty, technological disruption, shifting customer expectations, and growing pressure for responsible growth, the 2026 winners demonstrate the value of seeing the broader picture. Their leadership connects decisions, capabilities, and people across the organization to create resilience, accelerate transformation, and move businesses forward.
To be considered for the Leaders in Supply Chain Awards, nominees were required to meet stringent eligibility criteria:
- Hold a regional or global leadership role for at least 18 consecutive months
- Have end-to-end supply chain responsibility
- Work within a manufacturing organization with annual revenues exceeding USD 1 billion
Eligible candidates submitted detailed case studies outlining their leadership approach, business results, transformation programs, digital achievements, sustainability initiatives, and strategies for developing high-performing teams.
The final ranking was determined through a combination of:
- 75% independent Jury evaluation
- 25% peer voting by a global network of more than 2,000 senior supply chain executives
This methodology combines in-depth expert assessment with recognition from the wider supply chain community, ensuring a balanced, objective, and industry-reflective outcome.

The winners were officially revealed during the virtual Leaders in Supply Chain Awards Gala on September 10, 2026.
